Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, parallel-arm, double -blind placebo controlled, 84 week

Study 18F-MC-GPHM is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, parallel-arm, double-blind
placebo-controlled, 84-week study that will investigate the effects of treatment with MTD of
tirzepatide (10 mg or 15 mg QW), compared with placebo, on body weight management in study
participants who have obesity (BMI ≥30 kg/m2) or are overweight (BMI ≥27 kg/m2) with at least
one weight-related comorbid condition and achieved ≥5.0% weight loss after a 12-week lead-in
period with an intensive lifestyle modification program.


Subjects will be compensated for their time and traveling.
