Can I change the geographic limits of my study after the study has been listed?
Yes, you may continue to change your study after it has been created and listed. Click "Edit" on the Study Manager and modify the fields you wish to update.
What are Approvals?
Approving a participant provides access to their contact information. Before Approving, you may review the participant's demographic information and answers to the eligibility questionnaire to determine if that participant is likely to qualify for the study.
Can I transfer Approvals?
Yes. Once approvals are purchased, they can be used on any study or transfered to collaborators. In the Study Manager, click "Transfer" and select the collaborator to whom you want to transfer Approvals. If no collaborators are listed, you can add one using the Study Manager.
Can I add any additional researchers to a study (collaborators)?
Yes. On the Study Manager, click "Add Collaborator" and provide the collaborator's email address and level of access (Manager, Approver, or Observer). The collaborator will receive an email inviting them to collaborate with you on the study.
How do I get more approvals for my study?
Using the Study Manager, click "get more" in the Approvals box. You will be able to specify a quantity and purchase additional approvals.
The study owner is leaving our organization. How do I obtain ownership?
Please contact us to arrange for a transfer of ownership. If possible, to ensure a smooth transition, have the current owner add you as a Collaborator.
